WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept the following methods of payment:
– Visa, Mastercard
– Company cheques
– Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
– Some exceptions may apply

To open a credit account (terms) with us, we require a credit application form to be completed. Following approval of this application, payments terms are due within net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER

We have a minimum order of 100.00$ before taxes and shipping.

What to do if a product is a special order or out of stock

Special order items are all listed online with estimated times for the product to arrive at our warehouse. Lead times may vary from time to time and may depend on our manufacturers and shipping providers.

Online orders containing out-of-stock products will be shipped as soon as the products arrive in our warehouse. Out-of-stock products will be notified to you by email and, where applicable, estimated timeframes for returning the product to stock will be provided.

Orders will be shipped in two parts only upon request and additional freight will be charged.

How can I cancel my order

Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order to process a cancellation. Cancellations are NOT guaranteed and can only be made during our business hours.

In the event that we are unable to process the cancellation in time, we may initiate a return once the items have been received.

Special and custom orders cannot be canceled while in process by the manufacturer or in transit.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Return must be done within 7 days from date of receipt and are at the discretion of Belcar Textiles.

Please contact us for a return authorisation number. Do not return any product without an RA#, or it will be refused and returned to sender.

A 15% applies on returns where Belcar Textiles is not at fault. We do not accept returns on Custom made, altered, Worn, used or wash items. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
